Sheldon is a business savvy professional with over 25 years of manufacturing experience, knowledge and wisdom. Before starting the SC Strategy Group, LLC, he served in the semiconductor, appliances, switchgear and generator enclosure industries.

Sheldon has held various leadership positions in Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Safety.

"Process improvement is my craft & passion." My role is to make a difference in the operation by identifying and improving process issues affecting P&L performance.

Sheldon is an expert in leading and facilitating cross functional teams to develop a problem- solving culture and leverage team expertise.

"I solve problems by creating data driven solutions using lean and six sigma methodologies to reduce defects, improve profitability, and improve customer satisfaction."

Sheldon is a former Air Force officer and decorated Gulf War veteran. He grew up in Miami, FL and enjoys walking on trails and beaches. Sheldon is also an avid college football and Formula 1 race fan.
